Terms & Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You can only register one account using a unique email and mobile number.
• We may verify your identity before allowing purchases or prize claims.

To create an account, you must provide:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Date of Birth
• Password

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. If fake or duplicate accounts are found, they will be removed without refund.

• Tickets can only be bought through our website or app using approved payment methods.
• We offer:
  • 5 Cash Draws (different prices and prizes)
  • 3 Product Draws (phones, TVs, watches — items may change)
• All ticket purchases are final. No refunds are given.

If you don’t win, the full value of your ticket is turned into points:

• 1 PKR = 1 Point
• Points can be used to buy future tickets.
• Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Points may expire after long account inactivity.

• All draws use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for fairness.
• Only one winner is selected per draw.
• Winners receive:
  • Cash Prizes by bank transfer
  • Product Prizes delivered to their registered address
• Winners are notified via email, SMS, and in-app alerts.
• We may display the winner’s name, photo, and city for transparency and marketing.

We may suspend or delete your account if you:

• Break these Terms
• Use fake or duplicate details
• Try to cheat or misuse the system

If your account is suspended, you lose all points and unclaimed prizes, and no refund will be given.

We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues on the app or website
• Payment delays due to incorrect bank details
• Problems caused by shared accounts or devices
• External issues beyond our control

All draw results are final and cannot be disputed.
